Job SP1801-01 Clinical Pathology Diagnostics Sales Manager - North Ryde

• Salary commensurate with experience but as a guide $100-120,000 base + $20,000 car allowance + super + performance based bonuses


The job:
• Manage sales activities for all lines of business within Australia (some exclusions).
• Manage Australian marketing activities across all lines of business
• Work together with CEO, Business Development Managers and Customer Care for the planning and execution of marketing plans, new product launches, scientific seminars, sales and support activities,
• Budgeting, sales proposals, tender preparation, reports
• Provide exceptional service and customer support
• Be based in North Ryde head office
• Regular monthly national travel
• Annual international trip
• This is a combination role with some day to day direct and dotted line people management plus being responsible for high level sales of some of the clinical diagnostics equipment within Australia.



You:

• Relevant degree in Health Science or equivalent. MBA desirable
• Hands on pathology experience highly regarded
• Proven track record of high level, complex sales success into the Australian pathology laboratory market including sales and marketing
• Ability to conceptualise and develop sales strategies and execute them effectively individually and with a team of sales and marketing staff
• Up to date knowledge in the healthcare industry – in Australian Markets, to develop and implement an annual business plan focussed on Sales and Marketing
• Possess analytical, critical and strategic thinking skills and reasoning
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
• Results oriented and a team leader with the ability and willingness to work as a part of a strong team to ensure success.
• Able to adapt quickly to even changing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with multicultural and cross-functional teams
• Current drivers licence and passport
• Ability to travel as required of the position. Within Australia monthly. Internationally annually.
